This DIG Bible study outline introduces basic Christian doctrines through key passages and supporting Scriptures. Work through the topics on your own or with others.
Begin with prayer. Read the main passage, then use these three steps before exploring the supporting texts.
Read slowly. Notice people, places, actions, repeated words, and other details in the passage.
Read again at a normal pace. Consider the context and how the details fit together.
Ask what God reveals about Himself first. Then consider what the passage reveals about people and your response to Him.
